California 2015: LegoLand Hotel...all its cracked up to be.

 We set off on an epic trip to California.  After spending a night in Vegas and going to the Tournament of Kings, we headed to Cali.  We stopped first thing at the beach in Carlsbad.  We saw a path over some cliffs down to the beach and figured we could make it down just fine, so we got all the kids and the gear and the path and when we got down close to the beach, we saw there was about a six foot drop down to the beach. Luckily a sufer dude helped us get down to the beach.  We looked like the biggest stupid tourist from Utah with all our kids...haha.  Oh well, it was a beautiful beach without any people...except local surfers (probably because of the six foot drop to get down to the beach....)

 Next up....LEGOLAND hotel.  it was so fun.  Everything was decked out like Legos.  The boys were in Heaven.  They had a lego castle, legos to play with, a lego contest and the room was themed like Lego Pirates. 

It wouldn't be fall without the cougs!

 

 We were able to go to a game with Mike's friend Nate.  We left the kids and had a date night with Matthew!  So much fun.

A Guy in our ward, invited us to a private practice to meet the team. Mike was in heaven. We got to go on the practice field and meet all the players, get autographs, and take pictures.  After we took the boys to see where we met and see J.B.'s classroom.

 William made signs and decorations for our season opener party!

 We partied it up for the game with a Giant pizza!

 What a good way to start off the season!  A last minute win!
