Christmas in a nutshell.

Ok, so Christmas was fun as a kid, but Christmas as a parent is probably even better.  William totally understood Santa and was so excited for him to bring him a "big boat with airplanes."  William was also happy that we were at Mike's parents because that meant there was a chimney for Santa to come down.  On Christmas eve we set out cookies and put reindeer food that William made at his preschool outside for the reindeer to eat.  William was anxious to get to sleep so santa could come and went right to bed at 7:30 without any complaint.  When the kids were asleep, the adults played scategories and laughed our head off.  I love playing games with Mike's family.  Christmas morning was fun.  The boys were so excited to open every present.  We were completely spoiled on Christmas.  Here are just a few things that we got for Christmas.

-Two beautiful pictures framed, a costco membership (yeah!), an ihome, clothes, lincoln logs, legos, batman cave, imaginex boat and airplanes, power rangers, byu stuff...and so much more!  SPOILED SPOILED!!!

We have a tradition of taking picture of the kids on the stairs before the head up christmas morning.

William and Mike left this note letting Santa know where each persons "spot" was.

Santa and Rudolph left William a not to say thank you for the milk and cookies and the reindeer food.  William thought that was the best and insisted we save the notes.

Looks like such a fun Christmas! Santa has beautiful penmanship, by the way.
